Proposed development at: Eastern Villages South (Great Stall Middle), Land at and to the South of A420 (Adjacent To Lock Cottage), Swindon, Wilts.
I give notice that: Gleeson Development Ltd and Portfolio Holdings
Are applying to: Swindon Borough Council
For: Outline application for employment development including B1b (research and development/light industrial), B1c (light industrial), B2 (general industrial) and B8 (warehouse and distribution), new landscaping and junction to A420 (means of access not reserved)
Further or other information has been received in relation to a planning application and an Environmental Statement which has already been submitted. Members of the public may inspect a copy of it at between 9.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday at: One Stop Shop Reception, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, Wilts, SN1 2JH
