LICENSING ACT 2003

Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence: Yume Noodle and Sushi Bar, 188 Victoria Road, Swindon SN1 3DF.

I, Siu-Pong Lai, of 2 Tidworth Close, Swindon, SN5 8ZH have submitted an application for the grant of a premises licence to the Licensing Authority at Swindon Borough Council. The application can be viewed at the Offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

The application contains a statement of the following relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on or from the premises:- Supply of alcohol on and off the premises and the playing of recorded music and the provision of late night refreshments between 12:00hrs to 01:00hrs on Mondays to Saturdays and between 12:00hrs to 23:30hrs on Sundays.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 25th February 2015 such representation shall be made in writing. It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
