SECTION 116 APPLICATION

NOTICE is given that application will be made to the Magistrates' Court sitting at Princes Street, Swindon on 23 March 2015 at 1.45 pm for an order that part of the highway at Sussex Square in Swindon as indicated by the areas hatched red on the plan which may be inspected at Wat Tyler House, One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm from 20 February 2015 for a period of 28 days shall be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.
