Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at: Waterside Park, Darby Close, Cheney Manor Industrial Estate, Swindon.

I give notice that Swindon Borough Council are applying to Swindon Borough Council for planning permission for works at an existing municipal depot and household recycling centre, to include revised access and parking arrangements, the installation of a material handling and waste washing facility and associated works and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

Members of the public may inspect copies of: the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at: One Stop Shop Reception, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between 9.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.

The application forms, plans and environmental statement can also be viewed using our Public Access system via our website http://pa.swindon.gov.uk/publicaccess and by entering the application number S/15/0258 into the search box.

Any objections or supporting comments should be made in writing, quoting S/15/0258TB, to the address above before 17th March 2015.
