Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by Patricia Grant and Victoria Packford for the grant of a Premises Licence at Twelve Oaks Golf Club that allows:

Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption on the premises
Sun to Thurs 8am - 11.30pm, Fri & Sat 8am-12am

Live music, recorded music
Mon to Sun 8am - 12am

Opening hours
Sun to Thurs 8am - 11.30pm, Fri & Sat 8am-12am

The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Representations must be made in writing no later than Wednesday March 25th 2015.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.
The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
