Swindon Borough Council is consulting on the introduction of Local Development Orders at the above locations. The Local Development Orders would grant planning permission for the developments specified in the Orders (subject to Conditions), and by so doing, would remove the need for a planning application to be made.
Copies of the draft Local Development Orders and Statement of Reasons are available for inspection and comment at Swindon Borough Council Customer Services, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon (Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm). The documents can also be viewed at: www.swindon.gov.uk/ldo
Representations should be sent in writing to, FAO David Dewart, Swindon Borough Council, Planning Service, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG to arrive no later than 4.30pm on 9th April 2015. You can also email your responses to ddewart@swindon.gov.uk no later than the above time and date.
