NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON LOCAL DEVELOPMENT ORDERS

Swindon Borough Council is consulting on the introduction of Local Development Orders for independent living bungalows at the following locations:

Bembridge Close, Park North
Church Walk North, Moredon
Sycamore Grove, Pinehurst

The Local Development Orders would grant planning permission for independent living bungalows (subject to Conditions), and by so doing, would remove the need for a planning application to be made.

Copies of the draft Local Development Orders and Statement of Reasons are now available for public inspection and comment at Swindon Borough Council Customer Services, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.). The documents may also be viewed on the Council's website at: www.swindon.gov.uk/ldo

Exhibitions on the proposed Local Development Orders will be held at the following venues:
Bembridge Close, Park North - Consultation St Johns Church, Whitbourne Ave, Park North Wed 11th March, 2-7pm

Church Walk North, Moredon - Consultation
St Andrews Methodist Church Hall, Moredon Road, Moredon
Fri 13th March, 2-7pm

Sycamore Grove, Pinehurst - Consultation Pinetrees Community Centre, The Circle, Pinehurst Wed 18th March, 2-7pm

Representations should be sent in writing to, FAO David Dewart, Swindon Borough Council, Planning Service, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG to arrive no later than 4.30pm on 23rd April 2015. You can also email your responses to ddewart@swindon.gov.uk no later than the above time and date.
