IN THE ESTATE OF William Charles Pritchard deceased

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1952 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of William Charles Pritchard deceased late of 2 Wrde Hill, Highworth, Swindon SN6 7BX in the County of Wiltshire who died on the 19th day of September 2014 (whose Will was proved by) David Witts (1) the [Executor(s)] therein named on the 4th day of March 2015, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to David Witts of 27 Falkland Road, Dorking, Surrey RH4 3AB or to the undersigned on or before the 22nd day of May 2015 after which date (1) the [Executor(s)] will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
