NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL

FOOTPATH 11 HAYDON WICK AND BRIDLEWAYS 8 HAYDON WICK
&19 BLUNSDON ST ANDREW ORDER 2015

The above order was made on 1 April 2015 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980.

The effect of the order will be to divert a length of Footpath 11 at Oakhurst in the parish of Haydon Wick, running from OS grid reference SU11514 89519 to SU11477 89515, on to a line running from OS grid reference SU11514 89519 to SU11514 89497;

to divert a length of Bridleway 8 at Haydon End in the parish of Haydon Wick, running from OS grid reference SU12592 88989 via SU12639 88895 to SU12661 88796 on to a line running from OS grid reference SU12592 88989 via SU12634 88895 to SU12661 88796;

to divert a length of Bridleway 19 at Oakhurst in the parish of Blunsdon St Andrew running from OS grid reference SU12005 89642 via SU11968 89603 to SU11925 89609 on to a line running from OS grid reference SU12005 89642 via SU11973 89602 to SU11925 89609;

and to divert a length of Bridleway 19 at Redhouse in the parish of Blunsdon St Andrew running from OS grid reference SU13365 89622 via SU13278 89678 to SU13166 89753 on to a line running from OS grid reference SU13365 89622 via SU13237 89653 to SU13166 89753.

A copy of the order and the order maps may be seen at The One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and maps, costing £15.00, may be purchased there.

Any representations about, or objections to, the order may be sent or delivered in writing, addressed to the Rights of Way Officer, Swindon Borough Council, 1st Floor Wat Tyler House West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, not later than 30 April 2015, stating the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any made are withdrawn, Swindon Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
