Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by SWEET PEACH ENTERPRISES LTD for the grant of a Premises Licence at 3 REGENT CIRCUS, SWINDON, SN1 1PN that allows:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption on the premises
Sun -Thurs 11am - 1am, Fri - Sat 11am-4am Opening hours
Sun - Thurs 7am - 1am, Fri - Sat 7am-4am

The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Representations must be made in writing no later than 13/5/2015, 28 days AFTER CONSULTATION PERIOD BEGINS.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.
The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
