Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003
An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by SWL Swindon Ltd to vary the Premises Licence issued in respect of Foxies, 3-4 Victoria Road, Old Town, Swindon, SN1 3AJ to allow:
1. Removal of condition 12 of Annex 2 to allow adult entertainment in the premises (striptease)
2. Performances of Dance Mon - Sat 11:00 - 06:00 Sun 11:00 - 02:00
The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.
Representations must be made in writing no later than 09 June 2015 It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
