Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by At Futsal Swindon Ltd for the grant of a Premises Licence at At Futsal Swindon, Unit 29 Techno trading Estate, Kembury Park, Bramble Road, Swindon, SN2 8HB that allows:
Indoor Sporting Events, Recorded Music, Sale by Retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises only and opening hours of the premises
Sunday to Thursday 10:00 - 23:00 Friday and Saturday 10:00 - 24:00
Late Night Refreshment
Friday and Saturday 23:00 - 24:00

The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Representations must be made in writing no later than 04 June 2015.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
