LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence: 72-74 Godwin Court. Swindon. SN1 4BS

We, Su-Sushi Limited of Victoria Chambers, 120 Victoria Road, Swindon, SN1 3BH have submitted an application for the grant of a premises licence to the Licensing Authority at Swindon Borough Council. The application can be viewed at the Offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

The application contains a statement of the following relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on or from the premises:- Supply of alcohol on the premises, provision of live and recorded music, and provision of entertainment facilities between the hours of 12:00hrs to 01:00hrs on Sundays to Wednesdays and 12:00hrs to 03:30hrs on Thursdays to Saturdays and the provision of late night refreshments between 23:00hrs to 01:00hrs on Sundays to Wednesdays and between 23:00hrs to 03:30hrs on Thursdays to Saturdays.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 7^th August 2015 such representation shall be made in writing.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
