NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL
FOOTPATHS 2A & 60 WROUGHTON AND 630 SWINDON ORDER 2015

The above order, made on 15 July 2015 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath running from OS grid reference SU14103 82687 at East Wichel Way, in the parish of Wroughton, via SU14129 82423 and SU14409 82373, to OS grid reference SU14521 82421 south of Mattocks Path, East Wichel, Swindon, to a line running from OS grid reference SU14103 82687 at East Wichel Way, in the parish of Wroughton, via SU14231 82682 and SU14322 82464 to OS grid reference SU14523 82441 at Rylane, East Wichel, Swindon.

A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at The One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £15.00.

Any representations about, or objections to, the order may be sent in writing, to the Rights of Way Officer, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, not later than 21 August 2015. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any made are withdrawn, Swindon Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
