SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL
SECTION 123 of the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED) PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of 77m² of land deemed to be Public Open Space adjacent to 38 Home Close, Chiseldon, Swindon.

The land would be used as additional garden. A plan showing the land can be inspected, by appointment, at Property Services, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.

Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property Assets, at the above address, by 27 August 2015.
