Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by Akbar Mazaheri for the grant of a Premises Licence at Unit 4, 1-8 Manchester Road, Swindon, SN1 2AB that allows:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises & opening hours
Mon to Sun 08:00 - 22:00

The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00hrs& 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Representations must be made in writing no later than 26 August 2015.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application
The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
