Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that The Midcounties Co-operative Limited t/a The Co-operative Food, Unit 1 Sussex Place, Somerville Road, Swindon SN3 3FS has applied to amend the existing Premises Licence in place for these Premises to extend the hours permitted for the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the Premises to 06:00 - Midnight Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to object to this application must give notice in writing stating the nature of the objection by 29th September 2015.

Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives, prevention ofcrime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm. All representations are made public.
