SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HIGHWORTH RURAL DISTRICT DEFINITIVE MAP
AND STATEMENT
FOOTPATH 19A HIGHWORTH MODIFICATION ORDER 2015

On 16 September 2015 Swindon Borough Council confirmed the above order made under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.

The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the path as shown on the order map from point A at Footpath 19 Highworth, 265 metres west of Highworth Cemetery, to point B on the east side of the triangular junction of the unclassified road at Hampton, Highworth.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £15.00.

The order comes into force on 3 November 2015, but if a person aggrieved by the order wishes to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, that person may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 of the Act, within 42 days from the date of this notice make an application to the High Court
