PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of Public Open Space within Lydiard Park, Swindon. The land is being used by Jungle Parc Ltd for their aerial adventure and the disposal will be via the grant of a lease for a term of 7 years. A plan showing the land to be leased can be inspected, by appointment with Property Assets, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.

Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property Assets, at the above address, by 23 October 2015.
