The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between 09:00 and 16:30 on weekdays.
Representation must be made in writing no later than 20th November 28 DAYS AFTER CONSULTATION PERIOD BEGINS.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
