Goods Vehicle Operator's Licence

Mr Andrew S Hobbs trading as: The Man with a Van of 37 Stone House Farm, Stone Lane, Lydiard Millicent, Swindon, Wilts SN5 3LD is applying to change an existing license as follows:
To keep an extra 2 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at the operating centre at the above address; To change existing conditions or undertakings applying to the trailers at the above address from: 2 vehicles with a maximum gross weight of 7.5 tonnes to 4 vehicles with a maximum gross weight of 18 tonnes
To remove the following conditions or undertakings which reads - shall be 2 vehicles with a maximum gross weight of 7.5 tonnes and which applies at the operating centre at 37 Stone House Farm, Stone Lane, Lydiard Millicent, Swindon, Wilts SN5 3LD

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
