Public Notice - Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the variation of a Premises licence for The Tawny Owl, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Taw Hill, Swindon, SN25 1WR

The application includes a proposal to extend the hours for the supply of alcohol to 1.00am every day.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH. [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 28th January 2016 and 25th February 2016. All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
