Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Carluccio's Limited has applied to Swindon Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Carluccio's, Unit 11 and 12, The Designer Outlet Centre, Swindon, SN2 2DY.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00-00:00; supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday 08:00-00:00. The opening hours of the premises are Monday to Sunday 08:00-00:30. Full details can be seen in the application lodged with the Licensing Authority.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Swindon Borough Council, 5th Floor, Wat Tyler West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG no later than 26 February 2016 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Swindon Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.swindon.gov.uk
