Notice Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

ANY PERSON having a claim against or interest in the Estate of Mrs Diane McMillan (nee Barnes) of 29 Halifax Close, Wroughton, Swindon, SN4 9DZ who died on the 26^th January 2016 is required to send particulars thereof to the undermentioned Executor/Administrator on or before the 16^th April 2016 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which notice has been received.
