NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
CYCLE TRACKS ACT 1984

FOOTPATHS 36, 64, 65, 66, 336, 783 & 784
SWINDON CYCLE TRACKS ORDER 2016
The above order was made on 20 April 2016 under Section 3 of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984.
The effect of the order will be to designate as cycle track that length of Footpath 36 Swindon between Great Western Way and Ferndale Road commencing at OS grid reference SU14218562; certain lengths of Footpath 64 Swindon between Kingshill Road and Cambria Bridge Road commencing at OS grid reference SU14108399; that length of Footpath 65 Swindon between Cambria Bridge Road and Commercial Road commencing at OS grid reference SU14498437; that length of Footpath 66 Swindon between Commercial Road and Farnsby Street commencing at OS grid reference SU14728453; that length of Footpath 336 Swindon between Whitworth Road and Cypress Grove commencing at OS grid reference SU14358718; that length of Footpath 783 Swindon between Queen's Drive and Ocotal Way commencing at OS grid reference SU16038491; and those lengths of Footpath 784 Swindon between Ocotal Way and Marshgate commencing at OS grid reference SU16458523.
A copy of the order and the order maps has been placed and may be seen free of charge at The One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £15.00.
Any representations about, or objections to, the order may be sent in writing to the Rights of Way Officer, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, not later than 24 May 2016.
Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any made are withdrawn, Swindon Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
