NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE NEW EASTERN VILLAGES PLANNING OBLIGATIONS REVISED DRAFT SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING DOCUMENT

Swindon Borough Council has published a revised draft of the New Eastern Villages Planning Obligations

Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). This includes the accompanying Illustrative Masterplan and the Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) as relates to the New Eastern Villages and the Diversity Impact Assessment (DIA). Public consultation on the revised draft SPD and DIA documents will run for 4 weeks from Thursday 21st July to Thursday 18th August 2016.

Copies of the documents are available for public inspection at Swindon Borough Council Customer Services at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon free of charge (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). The documents may also be viewed at all libraries within Swindon Borough, during normal opening hours of those libraries, and can also be viewed on the Borough's website, at:
www.swindon.gov.uk/easternvillagesconsultation

Representations should be sent in writing to Planning Dept, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH to arrive no later than 5pm on 18th August 2016. You may also fax your response to arrive no later than the above time and date on 01793 466459, or by e-mail to nev@swindon.gov.uk no later than the above time and date.

Comments in respect of the revised draft SPD will be considered and reported to the Borough Council's Planning Committee and will help inform a final version of the SPD.
