Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

EDWARD CYRIL WATTS (Deceased)

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Edward Cyril Watts late of 187 Cullerns Highworth Swindon Wiltshire SN6 7NR, who died on the 20 December 2010 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Thomas Peter Hartshorn and Andrew David Gascoigne the Executors of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 7 April 2011 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 15 July 2011 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only o the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
