PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of 68m² of land deemed to be Public Open Space rear of 29 Church Walk North, Rodbourne, Swindon. The land would be used as a residential garage. A plan showing the land can be inspected, by appointment, at Property Services, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.
Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property, at the above address, by 23 May 2011.
