Introduction of ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2010
(Variation No. 1) Order 2011
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be for the: -
Introduction of ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction
Rivermead Both Sides (Basepoint Business Centre) – From the junction with the mini roundabout into Base Point Business Centre for the full length of the access road on both sides
A copy of the draft order, relevant plans and Statement of Reasons for the proposal may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street during opening hours. Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/tro/rivermead) by no later than 9 June 2011.
