Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation)

Order 2010 (Variation No. 7) Order 2010

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18th May 2011 Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be for the: -

Introduction of ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction

Delamere Drive

• From a point 1.5 metres from the southern property boundary of No. 14 going in a southerly direction for a distance of 43.5 metres around the turning head to the property boundary of No. 8.

The Order will be operative as of 23 May 2011 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 18 May 2011 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
