Goods Vehicle Operator’s Licence

Thomas Anthony Fitzgerald trading as T & B Property Developments (Swindon) LTD of 115 Manchester Road, Swindon, Wilts SN1 2AJ is applying for licence to use Unit 9, Brindley Close, Cheney Manor Industrial Estate, Swindon SN2 2YW as an operating centre for three goods vehicles.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Vosa Western Traffic Area Office, 2 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS5 6EH stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.

Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
