Licensing Application
Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the variation of a Premises licence for 25-27 Wood Street, Swindon.

The application includes a proposal to extend the licensable area and hours for the supply of alcohol.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH. [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 2 June 2011 and 29 June 2011. All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.

The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
