Temporary Closure of Footpath 123 in Wichelstowe

SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FOOTPATHS 123 SWINDON WICHELSTOWE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council intends to make an Order for the temporary closure of a section of Footpath 123 in Wichelstowe going towards the Blackhorse Footbridge.

The alternative route and access to the footbridge will be maintained by a connecting path.

The Order comes into force on the 1st July 2011 for 6 months up to 31st December 2011 and is required for the construction of new residential properties and a new road. Please note that although the Order is operative as of 1st July the actual closure can only come into affect once Order for the present closure of Footpath 123 comes to an end which is anticipated at the end of June/beginning of July 2011.
