SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (KINGSDOWN ROAD AND VICKERS ROUNDABOUT, SWINDON) (50MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2011

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:

The introduction of 50 mph Speed Limit on the following length of road:

Kingsdown Road
From the junction with Vickers roundabout for a distance of 57.7 metres in a westerly direction

Vickers Roundabout
Circulatory Carriageway

A copy of the relevant documents for the Order may be inspected at Customer Services, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours and online on www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation from 17 June 2011 to 8 July 2011.

Objections to the proposed Orders stating and the grounds of the objection should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/Vickers roundabout/speed limit) by no later than 8 July 2011.
