2. SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (MAZUREK WAY) (BUS GATE PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2011

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Orders under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to provide:-

PROHIBITION OF DRIVING (EXCLUDING BUSES) ON THE FOLLOWING LENGTH OF ROADS TO BE BUS GATES:

Torun Way (South) From the junction Casterbridge Road to the junction of White Eagle Road for a distance of approx 97 metres.

Mazurek Way From a point 58 metres of the junction of Manor Farm Roundabout for a distance of 203 metres

Copies of the draft orders, relevant plans and statement of reasons for the proposals may be inspected may be inspected at the One-Stop-Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours or online on www.swindon.gov.uk/ highwayregulation from 24 June to 15 July 2011.

Objections or representations to the proposed Orders should be made in writing to reach the undersigned clearly stating the Order to objected and grounds for the objection, quoting reference (za/ torun way/mazurak way/ bus gate) by no later than 15 July 2011.
