NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

Afghan Heroes/True Heroes Event has applied to Wiltshire Council to provide the following licensable activities from 26th August 2011: A: Provision of plays; B: provision of films; E: live music; F: recorded music; G: performance of dance; H: performances of a similar nature to E/F/G; I: provision for making music; J: provision for dancing; K: provision of entertainment of a similar nature to the I & J; L: Provision of Late Night Refreshment; M: Sale by Retail of Alcohol on the premises at: Wootton Bassett School and surrounding land, Lime Kiln Wootton Bassett Wiltshire SN4 7HG. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section Monkton Park Chippenham Wiltshire SN15 1ER. Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this Notice. A Copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section Monkton Park Chippenham Wiltshire SN15 1ER. The application can be viewed by prior appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
