Licensing Application - Field Adjacent to Riverside Park, Inglesham
Public Notice – Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003
An application has been made to the Licensing Authority For Swindon for granting of a premises license for Field Adjacent to Riverside Park, Inglesham.
The application includes a proposal for the supply of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and late night refreshment. The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH. (licensing@swindon.gov.uk) Between 0900hrs and 1630hrs on weekdays
Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make a representations at any time between 17th June 2011 & 14th July 2011. All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax).
It is an offence for anyone recklessly of knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5,000.
