SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (AKERS WAY FOOTWAY) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE)
ORDER 2011

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make an Order for the temporary closure of the footway on Akers Way (north side) between the entrance to Cheney Manor Industrial Estate and Nova Hreod school.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE
Pedestrians will be diverted to the path on the opposite side of the road.

This Order is required is required to enable contractors to continue construction of an access and to lower utilities services.

The Order will come into force on 1st August 2011 until the 10th July 2012 although it is anticipated works will be completed by the end of October 2011.
