SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (MAZUREK WAY)

(BUS GATE PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2011

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20 July 2011 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to provide:-

PROHIBITION OF DRIVING (EXCLUDING BUSES) ON THE FOLLOWING LENGTH OF ROAD TO BE A BUS GATE:

Mazurek Way From a point 58 metres of the junction of Manor Farm Roundabout for a distance of 203 metres.

The Order will be operative as of 25 July 2011 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 20 July 2011 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
