Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 In the Estate of Anne Elizabeth Eve (Deceased)

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Anne Elizabeth Eve late of Moormead House Nursing Home 67 Moormead Road Wroughton Swindon Wiltshire SN4 9BU previously of 27 Birdcombe Road Westlea Swindon Wiltshire SN5 7BJ, who died on the 31 May 2011 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Peter Michael Paul, Thomas Peter Hartshorn and Andrew David Gascoigne the Executors of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 1 August 2011 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 11 October 2011 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
