NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the Estate of Thomas Arthur Anger deceased late of 5 Shute Avenue Watchfield Oxon SN6 8SX and who died on 22nd December 2010 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to TLC Probate Lawyers, Lawyers to the Executors of the Estate of Shaftesbury Centre Percy Street Swindon SN2 2AZ not later than the 14th October 2011 after which the Executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled having regard only to the claims or interests of which they have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice
