Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2010 (Variation No. 4) Order 2011

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 10 August 2011 Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be for the Introduction of ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction on the following lengths of roads:

Carronbridge Road/Frampton Close Both sides from the junction of five ways roundabout for a distance of 255.1 metres, to the property boundary of No.2 Frampton Close

Goldsbourough Close Both Sides From the junction with Carronbridge Road for a distance of 5.6m in a south easterly direction.

The Order will be operative as of 15 August 2011 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 10 August 2011 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
