Swindon Borough Council - Emlyn Square/Bristol Street Footway, Temporary Closure
21 DAYS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council intend to make an Order under Section 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Act and Section 6 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992 for the temporary closure of the footway on Emlyn Square and Bristol Street which surrounds the Mechanics Institute on the grounds of Health and Safety.
PEDESTRIANS TO USE ALTERNATIVE FOOTWAYS.
The Order will come into force on 19 September 2011 and will remain in force until such time the closure is not required.
