Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Elsie Margaret Watson late of The Cedars High Street Purton Swindon Wiltshire SN5 4AF previously of 88 Longleaze Wootton Bassett Swindon Wiltshire, who died on the 20 May 2011 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Peter Newton Riddle the Executor of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 5 August 2011 out of the Probate Registry of Wales Family Division of the High Court on or before 28 October 2011 after which date the Executor will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which he would have then had notice.
