Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that ASK Restaurants Limited has applied to Swindon Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Ask , Unit 3, Regents Circus, Victoria Road, Swindon, SN1 3DF.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Supply of Alcohol 11:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday, Recorded Music and Opening Hours from 11:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday and New Years Eve (see application for full details).

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Swindon on Borough Council, 5th Floor Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG no later than 20th September 2011 stating the grounds for objection.

The register of Swindon Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the Council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website www.swindon.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

The maximum fine for which person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
