Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925.

In the Estate of KATHLEEN DORIS SMITH (deceased)

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Kathleen Doris Smith late of the Park View Nursing Home, Broadbush, Blunsdon, Swindon SN 26 7DH and previously of 7 Harbour Close, Swindon SN25 3DL who died on the 19th August 2011 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the undermentionedexecutorofthe said deceased under a grant of representation extracted on the 22nd September 2011 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before the 30th November 2011 after which date the Executor will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest which he would have then had notice.
