(Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places - Frankland Road
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 5) Order 2011
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 28 September 2011 Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act of 1984 and the Road Traffic Act 1991, the effect of which will be for the continuation of the No Waiting At Any Time and No Waiting At Any Time over 7.5 tonnes weight limit at Frankland Road and the spur road south off Frankland Road as follow: -
Spur Road:
638m east of the junction of Frankland Road and Ramsden Road.
West Side:
From a point approximately 46.80 metres south-east of its junction with Frankland Road for a distance of approximately 59 metres in a south-east direction
From its junction with Frankland Road, from the existing double yellow lines, for a distance of approximately 46.80 metres in a south-east direction
From a point approximately 105.80 metres south-east of its junction with Frankland Road for a distance of approximately 23.40 metres in a south-east direction
East Side:
From its junction with Frankland Road, from the existing double yellow lines, to the end of the kerb side, a distance of approximately 35.70 metres in a south-east direction
From the start of the kerb side on the southern side of the access to Europark Unit A, Frankland Rd, SN5 8YQ, for a distance of approximately 122.3 metres in a south-east direction, around the periphery of the turning head to the end of the kerb side
From the start of the kerb side on the southern side of the most south-east access in a south-west direction for a distance of approximately 14.60 metres
This Order will be operative from the 6 October 2011 and is a continuation of Swindon Borough Council (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions, Street Parking Places, Clearways and Bus Stop Clearways) Consolidation Order 2003 Experimental Order (No.1) 2010.
A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from (28 September 2011) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
