Swindon Borough Council - Footpaths 404, 545, 553, 574A & 575

The above order was made on 12 October 2011 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980.

The effect of the order will be to extinguish Footpath 404, giving access to the front of nos.10-28 Priory Road; to extinguish Footpath 545, giving access to the rear of nos.17-25 Frobisher Drive; to extinguish Footpath 553, giving access to the rear of nos.1-14 Penrose Walk; to extinguish Footpath 574A, giving access to the front of nos.105-115 Welcombe Avenue; and to extinguish Footpath 575, giving access to the front of nos.117-127 Welcombe Avenue, all in the unparished area of Swindon. A copy of the order and the order maps may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and maps, costing £15.00, may be purchased there.

Any representations about, or objections to, the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Rights of Way Officer, Swindon Borough Council, Environment, Regeneration & Community, Wat Tyler House West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, not later than 14 November 2011, stating the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any made are withdrawn, Swindon Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
