No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions on John Street and King Street, Swindon

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 4) Order 2011

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on October 12th 2011 Swindon Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is the: - The revocation of the existing ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions on John Street and King Street. The Introduction of ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions John Street, Both Sides from the junction with Fleet Street for the full length King Street, Both Sides full length This updates the existing waiting restrictions on the above roads.

The Order will be operative as of 19 September 2011 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 12th October 2011 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

This Order was previously titled ‘Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2010 (Variation No.8) Order 2011.
