BILBOROUGH DRIVE AREA, SWINDON - 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT
THE SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (BILBOROUGH DRIVE AREA, SWINDON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2011
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 84 (1) and (2) of the Road and Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to provide a 20mph speed limit on the entire lengths of the following roads:
Bilborough Drive
New College Drive
Rutland Drive
Welbeck Close
Woodhouse Road
Albany Close
Concord Walk
A copy of the draft Order and plan may be inspected at:
One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours.
Objections to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za20mph/bilborough) by no later than 11th November 2011.
